Le LUX* Belle Mare lance sa première semaine gastronomique du 14 au 19 mars prochains. Un événement qui coïncide avec l’opération « Goût de France », une initiative du chef français Alain Ducasse et du ministère français des Affaires Etrangères et du Développement International pour célébrer la gastronomie française dans 150 pays à travers le monde. Pour ce festival, le fleuron du groupe LUX* accueillera le chef Bruno Bolmont, de la Maison de Gastronomie Dalloyau (Paris) et vainqueur de la 10e Edition du Trophée Jean Delaveyne en 2013.
Le dimanche 15 mars, le Chef Bolmont animera une session culinaire au Jardin d’Herbes de LUX* Belle Mare, suivi d’un déjeuner alors que le jeudi 19 mars le chef exécutif du LBM préparera un menu dans le cadre du « Goût de France » comme 1 499 restaurants et ambassades de 150 pays répartis sur les 5 continents pour célébrer à la cuisine française, une gastronomie vivante, ouverte et innovante. Enfin, le Chef étoilé Michelin, Vineet Bhatia, présentera une autre expérience culinaire le mardi 17 mars au restaurant Amari de LUX* Belle Mare.
LUX* Belle Mare will launch its first gastronomic week from the 14th to 19th March. This event will coincide with the “Goût de France / Good France”, initiated by the French chef Alain Ducasse and the French ministry of External Affairs and International Development to celebrate French food in 150 countries across the world. During this festival, LUX* Belle Mare will welcome the chef Bruno Bolmont from the Maison de la Gastronomie Dalloyau (Paris), winner of the 10th edition of the Jean Delaveyne trophy in 2013.
On Sunday 15th March, Chef Bolmont will drive a culinary session at the Jardin d’Herbes of LUX* Belle Mare, followed by a lunch. On the 19th March, the Executive Chef of the hotel will prepare a menu on the occasion of the Goût de France / Good France event just like 1,499 restaurant and embassies of 150 countries from 5 continents to honour French gastronomy, a dynamic and innovative cuisine. Finally, the Michelin starred chef, Vineet Bhatia, will present another culinary experience on Tuesday 17th March at Amari restaurant of LUX* Belle Mare.
