FSC Mauritius issues Public Notices – Revocation of the GBC 1 and withdrawal of Authorisation to act as CIS of Lancelot Global PCC and Four Elements PCC

Revocation of the Category 1 Global Business Licence and withdrawal of Authorisation to act as Collective Investment Scheme of The Four Elements PCC 

Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the “FSC Mauritius”) has revoked the Category 1 Global Business Licence held by The Four Elements PCC (the “Company”) in accordance with Section 74 (5) of the Financial Services Act 2007.

Furthermore, pursuant to Regulation 13 of the Securities (Collective Investment Schemes and Closed end Funds) Regulations 2008, the FSC Mauritius has withdrawn the authorisation of the Company to act as a Collective Investment Scheme.

Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the “FSC Mauritius”) has revoked the Category 1 Global Business Licence held by Lancelot Global PCC (the “Company”) in accordance with Section 74 (5) of the Financial Services Act 2007.

Furthermore, pursuant to Regulation 13 of the Securities (Collective Investment Schemes and Closed end Funds) Regulations 2008, the FSC Mauritius has withdrawn the authorisation of the Company to act as a Collective Investment Scheme.
