The War on Privacy - Can the OECD Common Reporting Standards be Resisted?

The whole concepts of accountability and transparency have been turned on their heads. Instead of governments being accountable to those who elect and pay for them and being transparent so that their masters the people can see what they are doing, the private person is being made accountable and his affairs transparent to faceless bureaucrats.  The idea that public affairs are public and private affairs are private (and no one else’s business) has been inverted and perverted.
