Reference is made to the communiqué issued by the Financial Services Commission on 20 March 2015 regarding:
(i) the revocation of the Category 1 Global Business Licence of Lancelot Global PCC in accordance with Section 74(5) of the Financial Services Act 2007; and
(ii) the withdrawal of authorisation to act as a Collective Investment Scheme, pursuant to Regulation 13 of the Securities (Collective Investment Schemes and Closed end Funds) Regulations 2008
The Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (SEM) wishes to inform the public in general that the SEM has decided, pursuant to Listing Rule 3.9(e) and with the approval of the Listing Executive Committee, to withdraw the cells of the above mentioned fund from the Official Market of the SEM after market close of 20 March 2015.
