The Board of Directors of Ireland Blyth Limited (‘IBL’) wishes to announce to its shareholders and to the public that it has today accepted the resignation of its CEO, Nicolas Maigrot, effective 15 June 2015.
Nicolas Maigrot joined IBL in October 2010 and was appointed CEO in January 2011. During these past years he led IBL into several new ventures, both in Mauritius and abroad. Nicolas Maigrot will continue to manage the Group with the support of the Board and the management.
The Board has started the recruitment process both locally and abroad, through an international head hunting agency, in view of identifying a new CEO.
The nomination of the new CEO will be announced in due course.
