The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (“FSC Mauritius”) wishes to inform the public that A.J.K. Corporate Services (Mauritius) Limited, bearing licence number MC13000157 and having its registered address at c/o Mauritius International Trust Company Limited, 4th floor, Ebene Skies, Rue De L’Institut, Ebene has surrendered its Management Licence in accordance with Section 28 (5) of the Financial Services Act 2007 (the “Act”) on 01 February 2015.
Pursuant to Section 28 (9) of the Act, the public is hereby notified of the termination of the Management licence of A.J.K. Corporate Services (Mauritius) Limited. Please note that A.J.K. Corporate Services (Mauritius) Limited no longer holds a licence from the FSC Mauritius.
