Mauritius : FSC - Young Graduate Development Programme

The Financial Services Commission ("FSC") welcomes a pool of ambitious and talented young graduates with little or no working experience as Trainees under its Young Graduate Development Programme ("YGDP").

This one-year, non renewable training contract has been especially designed using a mix of both practical and hands-on experience as well as structured training sessions including lectures, seminars, workshops and case studies to enable the trainees to gain sound knowledge of the Commission’s functions and a unique overview of the financial services industry.

You will have the opportunity of evolving in a vibrant environment under the supervision of experienced specialists, in order to enhance your personal and professional development.

As you progress further, you will gain a breadth of expertise ranging from regulating firms and financial markets to analyzing consumer issues and implementing regulatory policies.

The YGDP is open to final year students who expect to graduate in fields such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Law, Statistics and Management.

Graduates will be offered a monthly stipend and refunded travel expenses.

If you want to seize this unique opportunity to gain exposure in the financial services sector, please submit your application on the prescribed form.
