The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (“FSC Mauritius”) wishes to inform the public that VILLIERS MANAGEMENT LIMITED, bearing licence number MC12000143 and having its registered address at C/o Apex Fund Services (Mauritius) Ltd, 4th Floor, Raffles Tower, 19 Cybercity, Ebene, has surrendered its Management Licence in accordance with Section 28 (5) of the Financial Services Act 2007 (the “Act”) with effect from 30 June 2015.
Pursuant to Section 28 (9) of the Act, the public is hereby notified of the termination of the Management licence of VILLIERS MANAGEMENT LIMITED. Please note that VILLIERS MANAGEMENT LIMITED no longer holds a licence from the FSC Mauritius.
