Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the “FSC Mauritius”) has revoked the Category 1 Global Business Licence held by India Focus Cardinal Fund (the “Company”) in accordance with Section 74 (5) of the Financial Services Act 2007 (the ‘Act’).
Furthermore, pursuant to Regulation 13 of the Securities (Collective Investment Schemes and Closed end Funds) Regulations 2008, the FSC Mauritius has withdrawn the authorisation of the Company to act as a Collective Investment Scheme.
