Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 27 (7) of the Financial Services Act 2007 (the “FSA”), the CIS Manager Licence, the Investment Adviser (Unrestricted) Licence and the Distribution of Financial Products Licence of Bramer Asset Management Ltd, having its registered address at 25, Pope Hennessy Street, Port Louis, have been suspended with immediate effect.
In accordance with Section 27 (5) of the FSA, Bramer Asset Management Ltd shall cease to carry out the activity authorised under these licences but shall remain subject to the obligations of a licensee and to the directions of the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius until the suspension of the respective licences is cancelled.
