FSC Mauritius issues Public Notice: Appointment of Joint Administrators in relation to the whole business activities of Bramer Asset Management Ltd

Appointment of Joint Administrators in relation to the whole business activities of Bramer Asset Management Ltd (“BAM”)

In accordance with Section 27 (3) of the Financial Services Act 2007 (the “FSA”), the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the “FSC Mauritius”) has suspended the following licences of Bramer Asset Management Ltd on 8 April 2015:

(i) CIS Manager;

(ii) Investment Adviser (Unrestricted); and

(iii) Distribution of Financial Products.

In accordance with Section 48 (1) of the FSA and in the best interest of investors, the FSC Mauritius has appointed Messrs. Mushtaq Oosman and André Bonieux, both Partners at PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd, as Joint Administrators in relation to the business activities of BAM in light with its licences mentioned above.
