The Securities Exchange Consultative Committee, through the Seychelles International Business Authority (SIBA) is inviting proposals for the establishment of a Securities Exchange in the Seychelles.
Conditions and Specifications of Proposals
A document with the conditions and specifications of the proposals may be collected during business hours from SIBA’s office at Bois De Rose Avenue or downloaded below:
Submission of Proposals
The proposals shall contain the following documents:
1. A cover letter
2. A detailed business proposal
3. License application forms
4. Other required supporting documents
Applicants should submit along with the Securities Exchange license application all other license applications considered relevant for the completeness of the proposal.
The proposal and all supporting documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to:

with “Securities Exchange Proposal” written clearly on the envelope.
Submission window
The window for submission of proposals shall be from Wednesday 20th of April, 2011 to Wednesday 20th July, 2011.
