Mauritius: Notice from Companies Division

COMPANIES DIVISION

NOTICE

The attention of the public is drawn to the following:-

• As from 15th February 2013, new forms for incorporation of companies, annual return and other matters will replace all the existing ones.
• Only new forms will be accepted for filing.
• Forms which are photocopied will not be accepted.
• Any form which contains erasures, alterations and which is not clearly legible would not be accepted.
• Forms and documents (e.g. constitution) should be in loose format and should not be, in any case, bound or stapled. Paper clips may
• be used to hold the documents/forms.
• Only one original copy of the constitution, if any, would be requested for incorporation of companies. That document should not be bound.
• Uncertified and/or certified copies may be requested at the time of lodging the application or anytime after.

Members of the public are advised to contact or call the office on 202- 0600 or call at the Information Counter on the lower ground floor for further information.

The new forms may be downloaded from the website of the Companies Division on: http://companies.gov.mu as from Monday 11th February 2013.

NOTE: THE EXISTING FORMS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED AS FROM 15 FEBRUARY 2013.
