Allen & Overy's Investment Funds Group has produced a series of client briefing papers on the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).
The briefing papers give an overview of the scope of the AIFMD following its adoption by the European Parliament and look at issues such as rules on the use of leverage by alternative investment funds and depositary and prime brokerage requirements.
