Application for Certification of Resident Status (Company, Partnership, Trust or other Body of Persons)

This form is applicable to a company incorporated in or outside Hong Kong, or a partnership, a trust or any other body of persons constituted in or outside Hong Kong in claiming relief under the comprehensive agreement between Hong Kong and other jurisdictions (other than the Mainland of China) for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion.
