In line with its policy to enhance the transparency of its rule-making process, the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the ‘FSC Mauritius’) is issuing the proposed Insurance (Linked Long Term Insurance Business) Rules (the “draft Rules”) for consultation and invites the views of stakeholders and the public in general thereon. The proposals made or ideas expressed in the draft Rules do not reflect the definitive stand of the FSC. The draft Rules will be reviewed in the light of the views and comments received during this consultation exercise.
