Sunseeker Indian Ocean Ltd has signed a new sub-distribution contract for La Reunion and Mauritius. With their current offices for Sunseeker Seychelles Ltd at the Eden Island Marina in Mahe, Sunseeker Indian Ocean Ltd have added another dream location to the ever growing Sunseeker global network, with the announcement that they will be opening offices in the new "La Balise Marina" (www.labalisemarina.mu ) at the end of 2011. This new addition will be under the management of Mr Bilal Sulliman who is currently representing Sunseeker Indian Ocean Ltd in La Reunion.
La Balise Marina, a $650 Million Marina/Residential investment currently under construction, is the first marina development in Mauritius situated in the dramatic Black River area; the fast growing region nestled where mountains meet the sea on the West Coast of Mauritius. Located in a sought after area, La Balise Marina is sheltered from the sea and wind, with specially designed floating moorings safely protecting any craft. Black River is becoming a Mecca for modern living and tourism. Beautiful sunsets and access to the sea compliment the easy lifestyle in what is known as the "centre of the sunset coast".
