Alter Domus opens an office in Mauritius

Alter Domus, an independent provider of outsourced administration services, announces the opening of an office in Mauritius as from February 1st, 2010. Alter Domus (Mauritius) LTD is a joint-venture established between the Alter Domus Group and Altima Group, a Mauritius-based conglomerate. The new office will provide corporate management services and fund administration services to multinational corporations and alternative investment funds in the region.

The addition of this new country allows Alter Domus to be present in nine of the principle jurisdictions worldwide, offering its clients services that support accounting, regulatory and compliance requirements of legal entities locally established.
